The OnePlus 10T smartphone has almost the same design as the OnePlus 10 Pro, but there is a catch
OnePlus 10T comes without an Alert Slider button.
Here are some reasons why OnePlus ditched the Alert slider
Also there is no sign of Hasselblad Camera system on the OnePlus 10T
In a mail interview with the Verge, OnePlus chief designer Hope Liu reveals the reasons for ditching the alert slider in the OnePlus 10T
OnePlus Chief Designer Hope Liu said that ditching the alert slider was necessary for the OnePlus 10T to have internal space for other components needed for a better antenna signal and a larger battery capacity

Hope Liu also says, the alert slider appears to be a very small component, It actually has a relatively large impact on the device's motherboard area

Liu says, retaining the alert slider, we would have to stack device's motherboard, which would made the device thicker.
So OnePlus doesn't want to make the 10T a bulky smartphone, that's why removing the slider was the compromise OnePlus decided to make
