iQOO introduced a new smartphone iQOO 11S in the iQOO 11 lineup along with the firm also launched its new TWS 1 wireless earbuds. With some minor changes including an improved 50MP primary sensor, 200W fast charging, and up to 1TB storage, the iQOO 11S inherits the same specs and design as the iQOO 11 smartphone. Earlier launched in China iQOO 11 is the brand’s first phone to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
iQOO 11S starts at CNY 3,799 (~$526) and comes in Black, Blue, and BMW Motorsport color options. The smartphone will available from July 10 in China via iQOO’s website and other retailers.
iQOO 11S has a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 3200×1440 px resolution. The major upgrades come to the rear camera unit, iQOO packs the 50MP IMX866 (1/1.49″ 1.2um pixels) sensor- the same sensor used in the recently launched Vivo X90 and X90S smartphones. With the addition of these big camera upgrades, the smartphone not only offers ultimate gaming performance but also great camera performance too. It has a 16MP front-facing camera and the main camera is paired 13MP portrait lens and 8MP ultrawide unit.
Under the hood, powering the smartphone by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with a dedicated Vivo V2 chip (to boost gaming performance and manage refresh rate) up to 16GB RAM and 1TBGB storage. It runs on Origin OS 3 based on Android 13 out of the box.
The device houses a 4,700mAh battery with support for whopping 200W fast charging tech which charges the smartphone within minutes.
