Nubia launched the world’s first 24GB RAM smartphone

Smartphone with 24GB RAM, yes you heard right. Chinese gaming smartphone manufacturer brand Nubia unveiled its first 24GB RAM smartphone- the RedMagic 8S Pro in China. Very soon, it will be normalizing a phone with 24GB RAM because other Chinese brands including OnePlus and Realme are also preparing to launch smartphones with up to 24GB RAM capacity.

The RedMgaic 8S Pro starts at CNY 3,999 (~₹45,000) for the 8/128GB variant options while the top-end 12GB/512GB variant costs CNY 5,499 (~₹62,000). On the other hand, the RedMagic 8S Pro+ base variant starts at CNY 5,499 (~₹62,000), and the high-end 24GB RAM + 1TB storage is priced at CNY 7,499 (~₹90,000). Both smartphones come in Black and White (transparent) color options and will be up for sale from July 11 in China.

Nubia’s RedMagic 8S Pro and 8S Pro+ both smartphones are powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with a dedicated R2 gaming chip, up to a whopping 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. The device runs on RedMagic 8 OS based on Android 13 out of the box.

Other notable specs of the RedMagic 8S Pro include a 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP triple rear camera setup, and a 16MP under-display front camera. It packs a 6000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
