iQOO launched its iQOO 9T flagship smartphone in India. This is the first smartphone by iQOO launched in India that features the latest and top-notch, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Processor. The iQOO 9T smartphone boasts the most powerful hardware and the smartphone definitely gives tough competition to its rival flagship smartphones such as Asus Zenfone 9, Asus ROG Phone 6, and OnePlus 10T.

iQOO 9T flaunts a 6.78-inches FHD+ E5 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1500 nits of peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The smartphone comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.

In terms of lenses, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup on the back which is comprised of the 50MP main camera with Samsung GN5 support paired with a 13MP Ultra wide lens and a 12MP Telephoto lens with 2x zoom support. For capturing stunning selfies and video chats, the smartphone has a 16MP selfie camera.
The smartphone comes with a V1+ chip, a dedicated image processing chip. The main task of that V1+ chip is to take better low-light images even when the light is very low. The V1+ Chip is developed by Vivo and MediaTek to achieve the best image processing results.

Under the Hood, iQOO 9T will come with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Processor paired with Adreno GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone runs on Android 12 based on Funtouch OS out of the box. To enhance the gaming experience the smartphone features a dedicated gaming chip. The Gaming chip essentially increases the frame rate and optimizes the colors during gaming.
To keep the device cool, iQOO 9T gets a 3930mm² Vapour Chamber Liquid Cooling System. The device also comes with an advanced thermal management system to keep the device temperature under control. The main thing about the iQOO 9T is, iQOO has promised the iQOO 9T will get three years of OS Updates and Four years of security patches updates which is one year extra from its own iQOO 9 Pro flagship smartphone.
Battery
In terms of battery, the iQOO 9T houses a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, NFC, and USB Type ‘C’ for charging and data transfer. iQOO claims that the smartphone charges 0 to 100 percent in just 20 minutes.

The rest of the features of the iQOO 9T smartphone include an In-Display fingerprint sensor, Stereo speakers, and IP52 water and dust resistance rating.

iQOO 9T smartphone comes in two variant options in India. The 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage is priced at ₹49,999, while the top 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage variant is priced at ₹54,999. The smartphone comes in Legend and Alpha color options.
