Xiaomi introduced its latest Xiaomi 13 series smartphone at the MWC Barcellona. Xiaomi 13 series comprised of Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13, and 13 Lite. Although the Xiaomi 13 Lite is only limited to the global markets, its availability for the Indian market hasn’t been confirmed.
Xiaomi 13 Lite is the cheapest smartphone in the Xiaomi 13 series and carries decent features. As expected, Xiaomi 13 Lite is a rebranded version of the Civi 2 that was launched last year in China.
Xiaomi 13 Lite has a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. In terms of optics, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup at back with a 50MP primary sensor joined by an 8MP ultrawide shooter and 2MP macro lens. Surprisingly, There’s a dual selfie camera setup – a 32MP selfie camera and an 8MP depth sensor.
Xiaomi 13 Lite is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, under the hood. The device runs on Android 12 based on MIUI 14 out of the box. It houses a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
Xiaomi 13 Lite smartphone comes in a sole variant option- 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costs €499. The smartphone is available for purchase through Xiaomi’s website. The smartphone comes in three color options- Lite Pink, Lite Blue, and Black.
