Infinix officially confirmed the hot 20 series smartphone launching soon in India. However, the company has not disclosed the launch date of the smartphone in the Indian market. Infinix teased the Hot 20 series 5G smartphone teaser on Twitter, confirming the smartphone will soon make its debut in the Indian market.
Infinix already introduced the Infinix Hot 20 series smartphone in the global market, the Hot 20 Series is comprised of Hot 20 5G, Hot 20 Play, Hot 20s, Hot 20, and Hot 20i. We get to straight five phones under the Hot 20 series. The Hot 20 series smartphone falls under the budget range smartphone category. Under the Hot 20 series, the Hot 20 5G is the first title by Infinix enabled with 5G connectivity.
The brand’s official tweet confirms the Hot 20 series’ availability. Infinix used the Shudh5G hashtag in its tweet, indirectly confirming the Hot 20 5G smartphone will soon launch in the Indian market. Let’s take a look at the specifications of the Infinix Hot 20 5G smartphone.
Starting with the display, the Hot 20 5G flaunts a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.
For photography, The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP Samsung JN1 primary camera joined by a depth sensor. To capture selfies and video chats, it gets an 8MP front camera. The smartphone’s camera offers various camera modes like portrait mode, short video mode, super night mode, and eye tracking.
The Hot 20 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset based on a 6nm architecture paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB via micro-SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 12 based on XOS 10.6 out of the box.
The smartphone houses a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The device also has 5W reverse charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth v5.1, NFC, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB type C for charging and data transfer.
Other features of the Hot 20 5G include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Dual 5G SIM cards support, up to3GB extended RAM, Phase cooling technology (keeps the device cool during gaming), Erdal Engine 3.0, and speakers with DTS (delivers an immerse audio experience). The smartphone comes in three color options- Blaster Green, Space Blue, and racing Black.
