OPPO unveiled its brand new two mid-ranger and one budget range smartphone in India. OPPO is expanding its A series portfolio with the launch of OPPO A96, OPPO A76, and OPPO A16e in India.
OPPOs in this latest A-series A96 and A76 are mid-ranger smartphones and the OPPO A16e smartphone comes in the budget range category. OPPO A16e is the brand’s new budget Android phone that comes with decent features.
OPPO A16e sports an HD+ waterdrop display, 4330mAh battery, MediaTek Helio P22 processor, single rear camera setup, and more. Let’s take a look at the detailed specifications, the price of the OPPO A16e smartphone in India.
OPPO A16e Price and Availability in India
OPPO’s new budget range Android OPPO A16e smartphone comes with two variant options include 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage is priced at ₹ 9,990 and the 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant is said to cost ₹ 11,990. The smartphone comes in Midnight Black, White and Blue colors options.

OPPO A16e smartphone sports a 6.58-inch HD+ display with standard 60Hz refresh rate, 269PPI pixel density and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of the display.

Coming to the lenses the OPPO A16e comes with a single-camera setup including a 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture coupled with an LED flashlight that will enhance the low light photography experience. From the front, the smartphone features a 5MP selfie camera for capturing stunning selfies and video chats.
The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB via a Micro-SD card. The device runs on ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11 out of the box.
OPPO A16e smartphone houses a 4230mAh battery. The smartphone also supports a bunch of connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, 3G, WiFi-5, Bluetooth v5.0, Dual Sim, GPS, OTG, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB type ‘C’ for charging and data transfer.
