Samsung unveiled its new affordable Galaxy M14 5G smartphone recently in the Indian market and the phone is now up for sale in India. The Galaxy M14 5G is a successor to the Galaxy M13 was introduced last year. The Galaxy M14 5G smartphone is now available for purchase from Samsung’s official website, Amazon, and other retail outlets.
The Galaxy M14 5G comes in two variant options- the base 4GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage variant retails at ₹13,499 (~$160) while the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage are priced at ₹14,990 (~$183).
Speaking about the features, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1330 chipset based on 5nm architecture paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone boasts a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
In terms of lenses, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup at back. The 50MP primary camera is paired with a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. It has a 13MP snapper at the front for selfies and video chats. The device has a big 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support which is up from 15W in the Global variant.
The phone boots Android 13 based on OneUI 5.1 OS out of the box. You’ll get three cool color options- Berry Blue, Smoky Teal, and Icy Silver. Samsung promises two years of major upgrades and four years of security patch updates. This is a great move from Samsung, offering a long-term update for the device.
