The promo video reveals almost every detail of the upcoming Asus Zenfone 9 smartphones. Asus’s upcoming new flagship Zenfone 9 smartphone is the successor to the Zenfone 8. In terms of the design, the Zenfone will feature the same compact design as the Zenfone 8.
The poster video unveiled the main specifications of the smartphones. The Zenfone 9 smartphone features a 5.9″ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support, a dual rear camera setup on the back, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Processor, and more. The poster video confirms the key specifications of the Asus Zenfone 9 smartphone.
Asus Zenfone 9 sports a 5.9-inches Samsung AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device features the same compact design as the Zenfone 8.
In terms of optics, the Zenfone 9 features an eye-grabber dual rear camera setup on the back which is comprised of a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera with Asus’s gimbal stabilization support. The Zenfone 9’s camera will feature Six-axis stabilization to deliver shake-free and steady images. The poster video doesn’t reveal a detail about the secondary camera. It is said to be, the Zenfone 9 has a left-side aligned punch-hole cutout selfie camera.
Under the hood, it is said to be the Zenfone 9 is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Processor based on 4nm architecture paired with Adreno GPU. There is no doubt, that the smartphone runs on Android 12 OS.

The Asus Zenfone 9 draws power from a 4,300mAh battery but Asus does not reveal the fast charging support. The smartphone retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and it also features a Zentouch side-mounted fingerprint sensor that would up as a power button and let you scroll through slides. The smartphone would come up with an IP68 water resistance certification.
The promo video suggests that the Zenfone 9 smartphone would be available with a smart backpack mount, which allows you to clip the handset near your chest while wearing a backpack. The picture shows that the smartphone comes in four color options: Blue, Red, White, and Black.
For now, Asus marked that promo video as private, but people already shares a video on its Facebook page and other social media platforms which now remain online. Let’s see when will Asus announced officially the Zenfone 9 availability.
